In the interests of diversity and sustainability, I ask for contributions from Scope users who are doing unique things with their devices, or can shed a guiding light on its many aspects.  Scope is a wide and vast field due to its maturity and openness.

Now, specifically, I want to know if :

  • You have developed a new device for Scope.

  • You use Scope live and have recorded gigs.  We push Scope as a live tool but I have yet to hear any live gig recordings.

  • You are a studio engineer/producer using Scope to obtain a competitive edge.

  • You are a performer/songwriter releasing a new track or Album.

  • You are a DJ / Electronic musician releasing a new track or Album.

  • You use any unique instrument(s) with Scope.

  • You have used Scope for film scoring / background music.

  • You have built presets for synths or modular and have sounds/techniques to share.

  • You can explain the workings of a device or integration with other software (sequencers etc).

  • You have ideas/examples of things that Scope can do better than any other platform.
  • Anything else you can think of general interest to Scope users or potential users.

Yes, it is time consuming collecting or contributing this information but this is done on all other major audio platforms.  So if you want to see the name Scope up there with the Steinbergs, Yamahas, UAD, NI and all the others, then don't sit back, don't be a whiner - play a part, however minor, in the raising of Scope awareness.  All contributions will become part of the ScopeRise Archive knowledgebase.

Contribute and forward the eZine / subscription link to any and all you know in the music scene.  If we play, they will listen.

If Scope is so great, lets prove it!
