This is a guide mainly for first time users of the Scope system who have purchased Scope PCI cards second hand.  Sonic Core did not manufacture these cards but still support them partially by maintaining software updates (e.g. Scope 5.0 and Scope 5.1)  that are compatible with the Scope PCI hardware.  For this reason I have retrieved from personal archives an original Creamware Scope 4 Installation Guide from 2004.  On the lower half of the menu above, you can view relevant pages from this manual including hardware and software installation from pages 103 onwards.

If you have a Scope installation CD for Scope 4 (or SPF) then run the 'setup.exe' as described on pages 108 onwards.  If you intend to upgrade to Scope 5.1 then you will need to download the installer for Scope 5.1 32 bit or Scope 5.1 64 bit.  Run the installer and follow the steps below:

Hint:  If you are installing on windows 7 or Windows 8 we recommend you right click the installer and select the 'Run as Administrator' option.
